Lot of issues To name few 1. Very loud AC noise. Very slow cooling. Worst condition of AC 2. Very poor understanding of customer needs 3. Customers need to remind to clean else no room cleaning service. Default = No cleaning 4. Even additional towel request will be denied. 5. No light in the common walking area. Pitch dark in morning and night You need ask everything multiple times

1) hotel staff lady is absolutely rude 2) staff hides information from customers like major facilities not available and then later deny refunds 3) They dnt have basic facilities rooms are compact not suitable for more than 2 people If ever there was a rating less than 1 I would have given that.

Service of hotel is not good. Faced issues for my stay, hindi channels. Food is average. In comparison of facilities, price is very high. Breakfast option is very limited. Room is clean but very cozy.

Pros Its a new hotel and the rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Staffs are polite. Its very close to the bustop Breakfast variety wasnt good, but tasted nice. Cons Half of the items in their menu is not available.They charge extra(900) for early check in though Yatra and other booking sites say its free early checkin and free late checkout.They argued that any booking site will not show the early checkin amount and everybody should in all the hotels, pay as if it was my first hotel stay. After negotiating they agreed to take 700 from me, but rest of them paid 900. They said they had to block my room for early checkin and I have to pay, but most of the rooms were empty and it was clear they dint have to block it. They were clearly lying.Check out is at 11am. When I checked with them if I could checkout 1.30hrs late, they said thats chargeable too. Since I said I will not pay again and again they said I could stay till 12:30 and after that they will charge for late checkout. The early checkin money has to be paid only in cash on Gpay to their personal number and not to the hotel. They give you a slip if you insist but without the hotel seal or signature.This clearly showed they were duping the customers. Rooms are pretty small and conjusted, very small. Bathrooms are big.Its in the town, so you wont get any view other than buildings around. Cable TV was not provided on first day giving some lame reasons. Alcohol is not provided , but you can drink in your rooms. One receptionist said we can keep the bottles in their kitchen fridge since all the rooms doesnt have a mini fridge. But later other staffs said they cannot keep. There is no coordination between staffs. Everyone gives you a different answer and will mislead you. They misplaced my key and blidnly argued that I have misplaced it, only to find it in their drawer in another file. Basically they will say NO to anything you request but very politely.

Had a one day stay in this hotel, but the rooms are not made good while check in. We faced the failure of water supply, TV connection Problem, WiFi issues etc. To say about the Restaurant, food is good , but poor service.
